I have a couple of questions about the csv file.

The header line of the csv file of my client is in french. Do they need to translate it in english to work? Also as the address are all in Canada, there’s no “State” but “Province”, so the header it must be writtenProvince or State?

Can we add french accent in database? For example “QUÉBEC’

Their actual header line in the csv file looks like this:

#client, nom, adresse, ville, prov., C/P, Tél.

So i guess they need it like that? or not necessarily?

ID, Store, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone

The header is actually the field names in the database and can include the sl_ or not.

Since the fields are in English and not a translated component you MUST use the English text.

It would be nice to allow for non-English entries but I’m note quite sure how the translation layer v. the data layer play together.  Not very nicely I’m guessing.

One option… make the SECOND ROW of the CSV file the French translation.  It will load a location that is made up of French field names, but you can easily delete that extra location after the import.
