    Good afternoon,

I’m having some issues with a specific user role (editor) not seeing the store locator plus options on the WP dashboard. I’ll go ahead and attach the screenshot. Doesn’t appear to be any JS errors, according to the chrome console. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Which Plugins do you have installed? Did you purchase User Managed Locations?

By default users cannot access the SLP interface, only admin, unless you have User Managed Locations installed.

How long has this been the case, because our client says that up until a few months ago non-admin users were able to access this.

If that was true it was being changed by your WP Theme or  Roles & Caps plugin.   The product has always been restricted to admin only users.   The SLP menu items are all wrapped in the WordPress is_admin() method.

Upgrading WordPress could (but should not) have an impact.    The likely culprits are themes/plugins that are manipulating the default roles and capabilities info assigned to users.
