Hi there, yesterday we upgraded storelocator plus to the latest version and the results list is screwed. Here’s the page http://www.riflessisrl.it/rivenditori-2/
We’ve installed Store Locator Plus and Store Locator Plus: Enhanced Results, we can offer you all the support needed to enter our site and check what’s wrong, of course.
Let us know.November 25, 2014 at 7:12 AM #26240
The result on your link have the SLP default theme display. Is it possible for you to go to SLP map settings and change to the theme you had before upgrade?November 25, 2014 at 9:14 AM #26241
Hiya, I don’t get it, since our wordpress is in italian, so maybe I’m mistaking the page.
Do you talk about the theme selection page? The one in the screenshot I attached?
If so, please note that Clean simple white is the same layout we used before the update. We have an old version of our site site online that is due to be deleted soon, and SLP works great there, using the clear simple white default layout.

sorry, I forgot to link the old site: eng.riflessisrl.it. There, SLP works great with the default clear simple white layout.November 25, 2014 at 10:45 AM #26253
OK, so the theme seems to be right. When I compare your both pages it seems working alright.
I can see some diffrence in the custom CSS when comparing the pages but I am not sure if you want that to be exactly the same or if you think this have been changed due to the upgrade.
Can you please describe in detail what you think is wrong with the results so I can look more on the code that you think have been wrong.
What is wrong and what do you want to look different?November 25, 2014 at 11:15 AM #26256
I don’t care the way it looks, the problem is that I can’t read the results! Instead of the results, the interface shows a bunch of code, as you can see from the screenshot I’ve attached here. On the right there’s the results as they should be, on the left there’s a bunch of [slp_location] parameters.

Hmm. But I have tested the page now in Chrome, Firefox and IE 11 and it displays perfect. I cant see that problem you describe of just displaying codes on http://www.riflessisrl.it/rivenditori-2/
Try cleare your browser cashe might solve the issue.
For me your page works.

well I’m puzzled. I opened http://www.riflessisrl.it/rivenditori-2/ with chrome, IE and Firefox and I stille have the codes like in the screenshot. I’ll try at home, time to close the office for today.November 25, 2014 at 2:46 PM #26275
Very strange. Here is a image of the working site I just took: http://oi62.tinypic.com/9r3vr7.jpgNovember 25, 2014 at 3:25 PM #26277
strange indeed. I’m trying from home and I still get tons of slp_location empty fields… Anyone from Charleston staff who can clarify this? Now I’m even more puzzled…November 26, 2014 at 3:08 AM #26282
Anyone? I even tried to copy/paste the results layout html from the old, outdated and soon-to-be-deleted eng.riflessisrl.it to the new http://www.riflessisrl.it and I still get the code instead of the actual results. I even tried to access from home and via proxy, just to be super sure. Nothing happened, same trouble as yesterday. I’m outta options.November 26, 2014 at 7:16 AM #26287
I tested on my phone now also. The page look perfect as it should do there also. It still seems like a local problem.
Do you use the same computer at home and on work? Can you try on other computers?
Is there someting with language settings for Italian in WordPress maby? Did you update to WordPress 4.0.1 at the same time?December 15, 2014 at 11:15 PM #26620
All looks OK here as well.
Are you logged in with an admin account or some other priv’ed account when testing? What happens if you try private/incognito browsing?
If that is the problem you likely have a security or cache plugin on the site that is causing problems.
