Pages adds SEO-friendly WordPress pages for each of your store locations. The custom “Store Pages” page type can be auto-generated from your location data and further modified using the standard WordPress page editor to tailor them to your specifications.
This add-on pack creates a new custom page type called “Store Pages” and extends the Store Locator Plus manage locations interface to assist in building and managing those pages. Store Pages builds SEO friendly content on your website based on the content in your Store Locator Plus location data. Like all Store Locator Plus add-on packs, Pages is an optional side-by-side plugin that works with Store Locator Plus. The Store Locator Plus add-on packs are true add-ons, extending and augmenting the functionality of the base plugin without modifying or otherwise disrupting active location data you have stored in Store Locator Plus directory.
The most prominent and most important feature of Store Pages is the addition of the Store Page custom post type to WordPress. These pages are built from the Store Locator Plus location manager using a Page Template that you set up on the Store Page tab. This template is a combination of HTML, WordPress shortcodes, and Store Pages specific shortcodes that display per-location data in real time. The auto-created Store Pages are a quick way to create custom page content from your location data.
A simple admin setting allows you to change the base URL that leads to the custom store pages, further assisting in search engine optimization of your location data.
Extends SLP Manage Locations With Pages Interface
With the addition of Store Pages you can use the built-in WordPress interface for managing Store Pages or see the Store Pages settings directly inline with the manage locations interface of Store Locator Plus. Use the extended Manage Locations interface to add, edit, delete, or publish Store Pages on a per-location basis or use the bulk actions to create or delete Store Pages.
New features for Store Pages includes the ability to set the default state of new pages to any of the built-in WordPress page states including draft mode, published, pending review, or private mode. You can turn comments and trackbacks on or off on when new pages are created. The settings for pages replacing website links and prevent new window when people click the web links are also available..
