What To Buy

My Store Locator Plus works on all web and mobile platforms and offers a free starter level to test it out.

Store Locator Plus for WordPress is a “buy it and own it” option for WordPress sites.  The Premier Subscription includes our family of add ons as well as priority service and support for an annual fee.

There is a What To Buy Guide on our documentation site to help determine what level of service or what add ons you may need.

Licenses

We don’t think a lot of time & energy should be spent chasing down how and where you use a license. A common question “can I use my  license on a test site then transfer to the live site”. Short answer: yes.

My Store Locator Plus – your active subscription gives you a license to deploy the locator on as many mobile apps and websites as you choose.  Your standard map load and location limitation is based on total requests from all combined deployments.

Support

for WordPress – all free support is via the support forums.   For expedited requests see the Support Options page.  Premier Members can contact us via email, the forums, or our live Slack channel for priority support.

My Store Locator Plus – all support is current being handled via email while we work on our forums.  Advanced accounts have a target 3-5 business day response window.  All other levels have a 1 business day response target.
